Welcome! Here you will find all my ramblings about food, especially meat. I work in
the meat industry as a marketing exec so you will find a lot of my food comments are about that.
So why ‘Bu Dish’ and what does it mean? Well as a child if I wanted to say something
tasted good I said it was ‘bu dish’ and when I was thinking about setting up my
